    With over 25 years of expertise in the food and drink industry, Gareth is renowned for driving brand success. His secret sauce? Brilliantly straightforward marketing strategies. As the former Head of Marketing at Weetabix, he led the long-term brand strategy for one of Britain's most iconic cereals. He has also held key marketing roles for major brands like John Smith's, Bulmers, Lurpak, and Arla, gaining experience in both local and international markets.

    His career highlights so far are buying a racehorse for John Smith’s, introducing Bulmers fruit ciders and launching the viral "Beanz on Bix" campaign, which bagged awards, got mentioned in the House of Commons and practically broke the internet. His innovative approach also included partnerships like the one between Weetabix and the Football Association's senior men's and women's teams.

    He passionately shares his marketing expertise, mentoring leaders from major brands like Co-op, Birdseye, and Kingsmill. He creates robust marketing strategies for challenger brands like Mighty Drinks and Spoon Cereals. He’s currently a Non-Executive Director for Route, a media agency based in Newcastle, and a co-founder of the integrated agency Unified.

With over 15 years in the food and drinks industry, she's led the strategy and marketing for household names like Anchor and played a key role in launching Starbucks chilled coffee drinks into the UK retail market. Before joining Arla, she gained valuable experience at Morphy Richards, working in local and global roles.

    Louise is known for bringing her team spirit and infectious energy to all her projects. She’s a wellspring of knowledge and a unique talent for transforming insights into step-change marketing campaigns.

    Becky is a key player on the Big Black Door team, expertly managing projects, events, diaries and travel plans. Becky has extensive experience in commercial buying, having served as a Buyer and Category Manager for several prominent retailers, including Booths Supermarket and The Co-op. Becky has a thorough understanding of securing grocery listings for our FMCG clients.

    She has recently worked in project management roles with primary schools and the University of York. Becky’s diverse experience allows her to manage complex projects with ease, making her a trusted and invaluable asset to our team.
