We were approached by fruit supplier J.O. Sims to mentor a member of their team who had recently been promoted to a marketing leadership role but didn’t have bags of marketing experience to fall back on. 

Gareth delivered a series of 90-minute mentoring sessions that focused on a marketing or general leadership challenge and worked through potential ideas and solutions.

The head of marketing is now more confident in the marketing decision-making process and has developed a clear marketing direction for the overall business.
