Although Arla is a huge European advertiser, their advertising was disjointed because of the way the business was structured. Consequently, it wasn’t working as hard as it could. 

Working with board level stakeholders and multiple agencies across six European countries, we developed a suite of newly consistent brand advertising that could be tweaked for each market with minimal cost. 

The project delivered a whopping 30% improvement in effectiveness vs the previous 3 years and made the Arla brand ads the best performing in the business.
